Central Drive Sludge Scraper

This model is suitable for mechanical sludge removal in circular sedimentation tanks of sewage treatment plants. It scrapes the sludge settled at the bottom of the tank into the sludge sump for sludge return or concentration and dewatering, and skims the scum on the water surface toward the scum collection hopper, which is discharged out of the tank through the scum funnel for further treatment. Adopting a center-driven suspended structure, it eliminates the need for a central support pier, thus simplifying civil engineering and equipment structure, and reducing investment.
